Your First Visit
When you step through the front door, your visit will start with a warm greeting from the friendly receptionist. Then, you’ll sit down for a one-on-one conversation with Elizabeth, where you’ll discuss any specific concerns you have with your facial appearance and what you hope to accomplish by undergoing treatment with our team. Ideally, we hope to create a personalized plan of action right then and there and start your care the very same day so that you aren’t left waiting for the beautiful improvements you want! However, it’s also fine to take the information we provide and think about your goals more before scheduling a follow-up appointment.
Patient Forms
As comfortable as our waiting area is, we understand that patients likely don’t want to have to spend extra time in it as they complete all of the necessary new patient paperwork. Thankfully, we’ve made this process more convenient by offering the forms here online! Just follow the link below to download the necessary file, print it out, and write in your information from the comfort of home. Then, all that’s left for you to do is remember to bring the pages with you to our Ocala office.
